Warranty Information
1) KCI USA is proud to offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. Defects(A) caused by the manufacturing process and/or faulty materials are covered by our warranty. This is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
2) Under our warranty, defective magazines will be replaced or repaired free of charge to the original purchaser(B).
3) For warranty information, please contact the KCI USA support team at support@kcius.com. Please include proof of purchase(C) and a detailed description of the issue, along with any images that are relevant if possible. Please include your preferred contact method and shipping information.
A) Magazines are only covered for original material or manufacturing defects. Any malfunction caused by mishandling, modification, alteration, improper loading, incorrect ammunition or, excessive wear is not covered by warranty.
B) Replacement or repair under warranty will only be processed by our support team.
C) For a retail purchaser, a receipt from the store will be required. For a dealer or distributor, an invoice from KCI USA will be required.
