Some of our customers have asked whether Black Widow Arms is connected to Cryostructure, LLC or its owner, Paul Russ. We are not.
Black Widow Design, LLC d/b/a Black Widow Arms is independently owned and operated and has been in business since 2002. We do not own, operate, or have any ownership ties to Cryostructure, LLC or Paul Russ. Because the two businesses were located in the same complex, we understand why the confusion happened.
If you placed an order with Cryostructure and have questions about it, we are unable to fulfill those orders or issue refunds, as they were not placed with us. Our full notice explains the situation and suggests next steps for affected customers.
If you have questions about an order placed directly with Black Widow Arms, please contact us at blackwidowfirearms@pm.me.
