The MTC warranty for rangefinders is designed to cover any manufacturing or subsequent defects. This warranty is granted for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty may be extended for a second year if the customer registers the product online and retains original proof of purchase. This should be done within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not include components that are either perishable or subject to wear and tear. (For example batteries, seals etc) In cases where MTC performs a replacement under warranty, and where the original product is discontinued MTC reserve the right to replace with the nearest currently available functional equivalent.
